Developing mental and emotional wellbeing | Mont Blanc Balance

Exploring mental wellbeing...

We all have mental health just like we all have physical health. Both have a huge impact on our quality of life. As a society we have got much better at looking after the physical side of our health, but not so much the mental and emotional side. The aim of Mont Blanc Balance is to help people explore and develop their mental  and emotional wellbeing. This includes finding more balance, building self awareness, developing meaning, fulfilment and happiness in life. This is a broad topic, and covers many aspects of our inner and external world. Most of the time, our mental and emotional wellbeing is something we can take direct responsibility for. It can often be the biggest single factor affecting our experience of life.

Mont Blanc Balance was setup to address the difficulty achieving balance and harmony in life that seems to be present for many of us. We are focused on supporting mental and emotional wellbeing through coaching, online resources, workshops, experiences, practices and by developing supportive communities. Mental and emotional wellbeing relates to everything in life. If we can't find a sense of mental and emotional balance, resilience, stability and wellness then we are holding ourselves back from success and happiness in life. Our aim is to help as many people as possible to get access to the support they need to work on their mental and emotional wellbeing in a holistic way, so that they have the most fulfilling and balanced experience of life possible.

What does mental wellbeing mean to you?

Whatever your goals, hopes and dreams in life, mental and emotional wellbeing will play a major part in your experience of life. Do you notice any of the following in your work, in your sports or in your personal life?

  • High stress, fear, anxiety or overwhelm

  • Difficulty being happy in relationships

  • A feeling that you could be achieving more

  • Unhappiness or dissatisfaction with an area of life

  • Concern about an upcoming event or opportunity

  • Loss of motivation, meaning or direction

  • A sense that there is something missing

  • An upcoming or recent major life transition

  • Inability to bounce back and low energy levels

  • Lack of success or low performance

Reasons to focus on your mental wellebing

Many people find it difficult to talk about mental and emotional wellbeing, and this shows up in our own lives, in our socials and family lives as well as at work and in business. And yet, the financial cost of poor mental health is estimated at £40 Billion per year in the UK. We all have mental health, and it is such a broad spectrum. You are not alone in wanting your life to be as good as it can be, so take a stand for your own mental wellbeing, and the mental wellbeing of those around you.

  • Experience greater happiness in your life

  • Stop wasting your time, energy and money

  • Feel more fulfilled in your work

  • Perform at a higher level in sport

  • Develop a healthier relationship with risk

  • Play an active role in your community

  • Find more satisfaction in your relationships

We would love to hear from you
